Citizens in Haiti have gone days without food and water. That is, until, the U.S. donated approx. $1,000,000 and food and water to Haiti. Haiti citizens have been building small homes that work as shelters for families. Although almost half of the population is dead, Haiti citizens are becoming more prosperous and beginning to rebuild their homes and other buildings.
